Subscription terms

Every EasyBrandly plan (Essential, Protect, Pro) includes an annual subscription that starts the day you complete checkout and renews automatically each year at the then-current plan price, until cancelled.

What renews

Only the EasyBrandly service fee renews annually. The official EUIPO filing fee is a one-time payment made when your application is filed and is never charged again for the same application.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your due-today total (official fee + year 1 subscription) is shown before you pay. From year 2 onward, only the subscription price is charged, on the anniversary of your first payment. We'll email you before each renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; monitoring and alerts stop when it ends. Your application data and filing history remain visible in your dashboard.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry automatically per Stripe's standard retry schedule. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused, which stops active monitoring until payment is resolved.
