These terms govern your use of EasyBrandly, operated by EasyBrandly SL. By using the checker, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

What EasyBrandly does

EasyBrandly helps you research, prepare, and submit a European Union trade mark (EUTM) application through EUIPO's official systems, and provides ongoing monitoring of the EU trade mark register for your protected brands while your subscription is active. You remain the applicant and owner of any trade mark application filed through EasyBrandly.

No guarantee of registration

Our free brand checker and any risk assessment we provide are informational tools based on automated searches and AI-assisted analysis. They are not legal advice and cannot guarantee that a trade mark is available, registrable, or free of conflicts. Only EUIPO's official examination — and the opposition period that follows publication — determines whether a trade mark is ultimately registered.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the information you provide (identity, address, goods and services) is accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing your application before it is submitted to EUIPO.
• You must be legally entitled to apply for the trade mark and to use the brand in commerce.

Fees

Official EUIPO fees are charged by EUIPO and shown separately from EasyBrandly's service fee at checkout. EasyBrandly's annual subscription fee covers our platform, filing assistance, monitoring, and support, as described on our pricing page and in the Subscription Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyBrandly is not liable for decisions made by EUIPO, for third-party opposition proceedings, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

The specific governing law and jurisdiction for disputes under these terms are being finalized and will be published here before this clause is relied upon. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
